Consultation & Satisfaction: Our well-trained staff is always available to answer any questions about our services or products. If at anytime you are unhappy with our services or our staff, please let us know. We want your visit with us to be pleasant, relaxing, and a memorable experience.

Cancellation and No-Shows: A $50 late cancellation or no-show charge will be accessed for any procedure not canceled at least 48 hours in advance. For Friday appointments, 72-hour notice is required. The penalty would be applicable to the regular service price (without any coupons or promotions).

Check-In: We suggest an arrival time of 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. 

Methods of payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks (repeat clients only), and Cash.

Gift Cards/Gifts Certificates: Gift Certificates and Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. The use of any specials, gift certificates, or coupons must be mentioned at the time of booking or will not be honored and an alternate form of payment must be used. 

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds: Since the services are non-returnable, and usually require time and supplies, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with a service for any reason, please contact us by email: [email protected]; we would work with you in achieving the desired results.

$75 non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking. The $75 will be credited to your procedure cost. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours notice you will lose the $75 and required a new deposit to be paid before re-scheduling your next appointment. For clients out of Town/State we offer consultation over the phone. Please call (817 874 75 44 ) In order to schedule a permanent cosmetic appointment, we require a $50 Non-Refundable deposit for securing your procedure appointment. This deposit need to be paid at the time of booking. For booking two procedures or more, an additional Non-Refundable deposit of $50 per procedure will be required to be paid at the time of booking. Rescheduling: A 72 hours reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone or by text when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Facebook or emailing is not an accepted method of canceling or rescheduling. If you are in need of rescheduling an existing appointment, please give us a 72 hours notice and we will carry your deposit over to the new appointment (1time only). If it’s more than 1 time, you will be required to pay another deposit of $50 to secure your appointment. If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required. A 72 hrs. cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs. Your outstanding balance is required to be paid at the time of canceling and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. If you show up to your procedure appointment and changed your mind or need more time to think about the procedure, you will be charge 50% of your procedure cost. “NO EXCEPTIONS”

Gratuity: Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Cell Phones and Pagers: To preserve our peaceful environment for all, cell phones and pagers must be switched to vibrate upon entering.

Special Needs and Medical Conditions: Your life, health, and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service(s), please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
